2^nd Prize, Archizing International Architecture Competition, 2004

This large scale building comprises of a two storey shopping center, three levels of parking and two office towers, all three stacked on top of each other. The complex marks the new entrance of the city. It represents the first large scale intervention in a rapidly developing area of the city close to its harbour.
